Health and fitness has been part of my life since I was a young boy. I live it, breathe it, read about it, learn about it and of course do it. I am so passionate about being healthy and I simply love being able to help others get stronger, leaner & healthier.
Continuing education in the health and fitness industry is an imperative part of my life... yes my life! Not only do I work in the industry, but I also apply the knowledge to my own personal training and lifestyle, which has reached a 16 year training life. I'd like to think I do a good job; on last measurement I was less than 5% body fat.
From early teachings at school, to a degree in PE & Sports Science from the prestigious Loughborough University. I have expanded upon my formal educational knowledge by gaining industry leading qualifications with the Poliquin International Certification Programme as well as interning with top Strength, Conditioning & Nutrition Coach Phil Richards. I strive for the very best and attain the very best.
As a Strength & Conditioning Specialist I provide you with unsurpassed Personal Training skills in programme design and improvements to your level of exercise performance and rehabilitation.
With my Unique Lifestyle Service I offer a way for people to get healthier and improve their everyday life through the use of tailored lifestyle & nutrtional changes. This gives me a way to help make people stronger, leaner & healthier without even performing physical activity.
I have participated in many sports over the years; excelling in tennis and basketball with county representation. I have also diversified into martial arts reaching blue belt in freestyle kickboxing.
