Hi Alex, thanks for stopping by.

Sainsbury's do the creamed coconut blocks. Tesco used to but I can't find them any more.

Quinoa flakes can be bought from any decent health food shop. 'The Nutmeg', in the centre of Belfast, and 'Eatwell Foods' on the Lisburn road do them as well as coconut blocks and many other great food stuffs.

Himalayan salts you can get from me in person. Other options are http://www.completegymsnutrition.com/ & http://energiseforlife.com/.

Cheers

Great blog, very interesting; It's all very scientific Scott! I've searched for the coconut milk before but never found it... Now I know what it looks like I'll try and get some tomorrow and give it a shot! Very useful having the pics posted on the blog.

A few questions... Where do you get Quinoa 'flakes' or the Himalayan salts? Looking forward to trying this out! I'll hopefully get to see how the old bicarb soda and lemon goes tomorrow, thanks for the advice. Not sure if I can give up on the meats though!

Have a good weekend and catch you soon,
