The training sessions will typically involve the use of resistance equipment in the gym and various High-Intensity Interval Training techniques. Programmes using rowing machines, bikes, skipping ropes, punch bags, outdoor sprints, sled & prowler pulls/pushs etc are used to get maximum results.
Using these training principles together with the most efficient exercises appropriate for your desired goals, you'll receive the very best exercise programmes personalised for you.
